For over 25 years, The Bistro has been a beloved local spot, owned and operated by the Freeman family since 1999. It all began with Helen and Tully, and since 2019, it’s proudly run by husband-and-wife duo Derek and Annette Freeman.

Derek, brings passion to the kitchen, crafting each dish with care, while Annette warmly welcomes guests as the front-of-house host. This is truly a family-run business where creating memorable experiences is at the heart of everything we do, and no request is too big or small.
